Bystronic is an internationally aligned company. With a wide product range for sheet metal processing, we offer our customers solutions worldwide. For this reason, I and many of my colleagues are active in numerous countries. I find this cultural variety inspiring.
As Head of Sales, I manage demanding markets in Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. In addition to these existing markets, I also work to expand our sales activities in other countries such as Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Georgia, and Armenia. Also in these countries, there are sheet metal processing companies that I would like to convince with Bystronic’s process solutions.
I travel a great deal. During my business trips between Switzerland, Ukraine, and the Near East, I travel great distances. During my trips abroad, I encounter different cultures and mentalities. Many of the places I visit are very male-dominated. Every day, my Russian language skills and my engineering studies in the former Soviet Union help me to approach customers in an open and winning manner.
Thanks to my positive approach, I am highly successful in sales. Completed sales projects and satisfied customers are what drives me. This gives me energy for the future.
